At Rocketmakers we pride ourselves on putting users at the centre of our product design process. In nearly 12 years of designing and developing products we’ve found that time spent in the design phase with users pays back dividends when it comes to saving unnecessary and expensive development later on. After the initial design work is done, our designers continue to work alongside our development team, as business needs evolve, to support, iterate and implement the product vision.
For TipTap we branded, designed and built an app for ethical tipping.

Amp came to us to improve the user experience of their flagship email marketing application.
Working with only six weeks between our beta and the start of the production rollout of our new system, Rocketmakers transformed the usability of our application. This is REALLY important - making correct decisions during UX design is crucial for a project’s ultimate success. Before making all of these decisions I have to gather lots of information. This means lots of research, interviewing end-users, conversations with the design team, and regular meetings with the client.
